I came to Go Therex due to having shoulder issues that limited working out and any motions that took place over my head. Matt took the time to analyze my movements, came up with a plan to get everything working in the right direction, and has put me on a path to regaining my strength and range of motion. Matt is AMAZING. He has worked with our son over the last year to resolve back pain from Scoliosis. Matt's practice and trainers have helped our son make positive changes in his overall health and wellness. We are grateful for what Matt and his practice has done for our son.

Life changing is how I would describe my experience. I am fairly active but I was struggling to come back from an Achilles injury. I was experiencing poor results with my PT program, I had gained weight and quite honestly was a bit depressed. I came across the Go Therex website which led to a conversation with Dr. Matt Reuschle. I think I knew I was in the right place after that initial conversation so I started booking sessions. I began to see improvement very quickly after I started working with Matt. Not only with my Achilles, but also in other areas of my body where I had experienced reduced flexibility. He helped me to regain confidence to work the muscles around my injury which allowed me to get back to my first love - cycling. Additionally, Matt connected me with a dietician that he has on staff to help with the weight loss piece of the puzzle. The level of experience and knowledge are evident with Matt but his willingness to share that knowledge, his desire to teach proper form and his holistic approach to health have been a game changer for me. Life is a journey but that journey is so much more enjoyable when you are healthy. I would highly recommend a conversation with Matt if you are looking to improve that journey.
