It has been SUCH a pleasure working with Tyler & Brittany for our new house. Words could not even express how easy they made the process for us with a new build. Always so prompt on answering every and all of our questions, so communicative, so prompt, so professional, and just simply amazing in all the ways possible. With each of their strengths, they truly make THE BEST team knowing allllllllll the things house related (and I mean ALL). Incredible realtors, incredible people. Cant recommend them enough.

What an INCREDIBLE team!
I really can't say enough good things about them as realtors, and as people. They knocked it out of the park.
Tyler has incredibly valuable experience both as a Realtor, and in the renovation/investment world. We'd be walking through a house and I'd ask "how much do you think it would cost to replace ____?" He'd have a ballpark number, and he probably knew a trustworthy contractor to do it. It REALLY helped in discovering what projects I was willing to tackle, and what projects weren't worth the time and effort.
We looked at several houses that were sub-par or over-priced, and he'd give an honest opinion regarding the reality of the situation. He wasn't just trying to make a sale no matter the cost, he really, truly wanted to find us a great value and a great home. And we did!
In the early stages, he showed us several houses when we were just dipping our toe into the homebuying pool. We weren't truly ready to buy, we just wanted to see what was out there. He graciously took time out of his day to show us a couple of options, and connected us with an incredible Mortgage Lender (Russ Macklin at Supreme Lending), because Tyler knew best first steps were to get Pre-Approved for a loan. That way, if we DID find what we needed, we'd be ready to pull the trigger on it.
And Brittany...I cannot say enough good things about Brittany. After taking my wife to look at 5 or 6 different houses in a day, They found one that they really loved. I was not even in town.
Her communication over the phone was impeccable, and helped us to put together an offer that was right on track with what the seller wanted, and what we were comfortable with. She even contacted our Mortgage Lender to see how quickly He thought we could close on this house. The answer? 12 days.
She relayed that information to the Seller's agent along with the offer, and Ours was accepted within 24 hours even though there were 3 other offers on the property.
And THEN....the real work began. Brittany was in near-constant communication with us over the next 12 days. Making sure we had everything we needed to who we needed to have it to, relaying information from the Seller's agent to us and keeping us up to date, Working with the Closing attorney's office to find a time that worked with everyone's schedule, etc. etc. etc.
In the end, we closed on the house in 11 days, and were moved in to our new home within the month. (we were pre-approved for a loan, and the house was vacant at the present time)
We LOVE our new home. It's perfect for us, and I truly believe we couldn't have done it without this incredible team. They truly compliment each other so incredibly well, and both of their individual strengths are so greatly needed in a Realtor team.
