As first-time homebuyers, the current market with prices soaring, low inventory, and buyer demand being high was intimidating. However, we were thankful to have Ryan as our agent who took the time to understand our needs and preferences, patiently answering our countless questions and providing invaluable guidance throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, responsive and upfront realtor, Ryan is that person! We recently sold our house and he was fantastic to work with throughout the process. He was quick to jump on calls to discuss things, pro-active in reaching out to his contacts to discuss options and just overall a straight-forward person. Ryans Assad best attributed is constant, honest and reliable communication.Ryan Assad is an amazing Realtor. He helped us look for a home while we were still living in California. He even did a FaceTime with us on a home we were thinking of buying. Even taking measurements for us at the same time. When we arrive in Georgia he came and picked us up at our son and daughter in law home. He took us to several homes we were interested in seeings and even going back to the home we finally decided on. We would highly recommend Ryan, because he goes out of his way to make things happen and answer all our questions since we were new to Georgias Real estate laws.
