I've been seeing Dr. Russell for years and it's given me the opportunity to see how she handles patients with different issues. She will give you every opportunity to address your health with diet, exercise, etc. but she has the most up-to-date options if you need a little help. She always keeps the big picture in mind, and focuses on what's best for you at different stages of your life. Her staff are wonderful, too.
