        Im having to change my review to fit the current situation. I visited over 3 weeks ago & I was unable to get myto rx as a prior authorization was needed. Ive called, left messages, spoke with people & sent messages via the website portal Numerous times & not only has this not been handled but i cant even get a response. I dont understand it cause its not a narcotic & In though mt this office was better than this. Im literally helpless & at their mercy. its going on a month & ive not had my medicine. i even asked if there were any alternatives but the unwillingness to call back is so very rude. i am Always nice & kind so it boggles my mind that a healthcare professional could just ignore a patients pleas. Utterly ridiculous & i thought they were but than this. Im so disappointed especially after leaving such a glowing review after my 1st visit. ps i needed help w other things also but apparently none of them are urgent enough for me to get helped or even given common courtesy
