Id give 0 stars if I could. Highly NOT recommended. Staff is very UNPROFESSIONAL. Management is a mess! The rooms are old and outdated AND The pictures are VERY misleading. I told Natasha (mgr) about the room and how the pictures werent as posted & not clean, I also asked what the refund policy was? she in turn responded with saying in regards to what? like OBVIOUSLY the refund!!! After telling her how unsatisfied we were with the room she said we would receive a full refund and not be charged for the day because we didnt do a pre checkin. So left for about 3 hours to find another hotel & get the kids from school, we go back to check out we received a note on the door saying how we are going to be charged a additional $250 for a pet fee. (We have a registered service animal) & it states on their policy SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY, but since she didn't know she had to ASSUME it wasnt a service animal. We have solid proof and she will not remove the charge. WE WEREN'T EVEN IN THE ROOM!!! She & her staff decided to enter the room to go check for themselves the cleanliness. I will be contacting corporate to file a formal complaint on this location and Natasha.

The general manager Natasha with the nasty weave and the nasty attitude. Falsely accused me of using a fake form. I mistakenly sent the form with my partners name on it instead of mine. Every single person in the car with me had their own legitimate MMP form. She then threatened to call the police for no apparent reason when she was in the wrong. Never again will I even attempt to go here her attitude was piss poor.

Not really sure why some post here are unfavorable! The front desk person was very friendly and helpful at check in. Room was very clean and everything in working order with great water pressure in the shower. Yes this is an older motel and yes the carpet in the hall could use an upgrade but it was clean and vacuumed. The rate was very reasonable and NO Surprise Charges. Overall, my wife and I were very happy with our two day stay!

The only reason Im giving one star is because I cannot give zero! This hotel is by far one of the worst hotels and the Lawrenceville Gwinnett area and if I were you, I would avoid it like the plague! I checked in with my family on 4/11, and upon checking into the room and dropping my bags off I noticed that the room was FILTHY! I came back downstairs to inform the general manager, Natasha about the state of the room and asked about the refund policy to which she acted very confused about what I was talking about as though I wasnt speaking clear English. She caught onto what I was saying. She then advised me that I could check out, and I will not be charged for the night, she never said it was a specific time that had to check out by because if that would have been told to me I would have checked out right then and there. However, she never mentioned it so I left to go get my kids from School and when I returned, it was around 6 PM. Natasha was gone for the day, and the lady at the front desk informed me that I would have to be charged for one night because housekeeping has already left for the day even though I was not in the room all day long. I went up to get my bags, and I noticed they had left a note in my room about a $250 pet fee that was charged to my card. If they would have taken the proper protocol, they would have known that I am a United States, Navy, veteran, and , my pet is in fact, a registered service animal which I have paperwork from my doctor as well as he has paperwork showing exactly what he does. When I went down to the front desk to ask about it, the employee that was working, let me know that it was nothing she could do and I had to wait until management returned in the warning. I even asked for the corporate number and she advised me that there was nobody over top of Natasha, who was the general manager. I guess Natasha owns the hotel, yeah, right. I called back on 4/12 in the morning and spoke with another very incompetent manager, Jackie. She advised me that because I had not followed the proper. protocol they had to assume that he was a pet and the $250 would not be refunded. Ive been ask again for the number until the corporate office, and she gave me the number so I will be making a call to corporate. Jackie then tried to tell me the difference between an emotional support animal, and a service animal, as though I didnt know, good job, Jackie. There was also a used condom in the parking lot. Once we got there to check in, I should have known at that point that this was not a hotel that we should have been staying in. When I initially called to even make the reservation, the lady at the front desk had no clue about anything she had to continue putting me on hold and asking questions about rates and offers as well as the room type again another red flag. I would highly advise anyone that is staying in the area to avoid this hotel, or you will be sorely disappointed. A word for management maybe you all should do some more training because the incompetence is mind-boggling.
