Dr. Chad and Dr. Teresa are amazing! I am so glad I found them! I had previously spent 1000s of dollars on doctors visits that never got to the root of the health issues I was dealing with and always resulted in a prescription I never thought I needed...as well as the need for many additional appointments and other suggestions that never helped in any way! Dr. Chad listened and used his expertise and experience to determine a holistic approach to healing that would best suit my needs. For the first time in a long time my body is self-healing and I am actually feeling amazing! I am thankful for the journey, but glad I can see the light at the end of the tunnel I hope for! Dr Chad has cared for me for many years. In this time I was suffering with nerve damage caused by damage to my L4 L5 he used his skills and was able to relieve the pain. Todate he continues to help me maintain my quality of life thats available . He searches to find what will help this patient. I am thankful God sent him to be involved in my Life. Thanks Chad

Dr Chad is one of a kind!!! A true gift from God to our family!!! He has helped our health more than can be typed on this forum!!! My 19 yr old now asks to go to Dr. Chad if he is having any type of health issues!!! I cant say enough great things about Hyatt Holistic. The entire office is amazing!!!!
