I was not going to do a review until after my lease. However, I have been very disappointed at how Richmond Row has been handling communication lately since new management. I asked twice for an email to be sent out about the valet trash. However, its been 3 days and no email has been sent to residents informing of the issue and the trash is stinking up the hallways. Also the gate has been broken since before I moved in. Also the door to my building is broke and doesnt lock. I have informed the office about this as well but nothing has been done. As a new property and with the price of the property I expect better communication and working amenities.

You will wake up with someone's loud car engine. And you can hear noise from outside, upstairs, downstairs... everywhere even at midnight.
