Windsor Sugarloaf Apartments

On Friday evening, there was a problem with the sink disposal, so I urgently requested maintenance from the Windsor headquarters at 8 pm. Immediately after hanging up the call with the headquarters, I received a call from Mr. Hunter. It was an incredibly fast response time that is almost unbelievable. Because of the issue with the sink, there was a foul odor backing up into my unit. Despite this being an after-hours work for Mr. Hunter, he was extremely professional and did not show any signs of it being an additional work. He resolved our problem. We were so grateful for his help.

Great place and amazing staff, from leasing agents to maintenance technicians, super friendly and ready to help. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a place to live to check them out.

The managing staff were very easy to work with. Got me all set up in much shorter time than I thought it would take. They were also able to get me a Garage which was very important to me. I love how friendly this place is to animals.
