image We were planning on moving here last year. Went through the application process paid all the fees, $950 in total. Unfortunately, plans changed and we had to stay at our current apartment. We knew we would not be getting the $450 for application fees back but we were told that we would receive the $500 deposit back. The lady who helped us apply even emailed the owners/ property managers and confirmed we would get the money back. I sent several emails and made several phone calls to the property and never heard anything back. Highly disappointed with the way they treat potential tenants. Take almost 1000 dollars and then ghost. Were students, we cant afford to waste this much money. I wouldnt recommend moving here unless youre 100% sure you have to move.

image I found a cockroach in my apartment. It was huge and I found it pretending to be dead in the kitchen area. It started moving around with all the lights are on. I asked the front desk to call me when the maintenance staff is here while Im waiting at the lobby(She even wrote down my number) and few minutes later, the maintenance was in my apartment, started spraying without any permission or notice. Cockroach showed up again, but the leasing office said they cant spray again because the technician is gone. They didnt ask me to reschedule or anything. A lady who looks like a manager said just buy a bug spray and kill it by myself.

image My parents were looking to lease an apartment here. They submitted the application along with the $200 fee. Unfortunately they forgot some documents and the apartment notified them that it was to be submitted. Pretty much all the required documents (like income) were already submitted but they needed info on both my mom and dad and my parents forgot something for my dad. They both work long hours every day and cant always respond quickly. When they found out they needed to submit the documents the leasing office said the application was now invalid. Mind you, it wasnt like a week or two later they tried to submit it. As soon as they realized they tried to get in contact with the office. When they tried to call multiple times and multiple days the office would not pick up. Finally when my mom emailed the office and got a response the only thing they said was to reapply. They did not refund the $200 fee and then want another $200 to apply for the same thing?! The place looks nice but this is not how you should be treating potential residents. They were devastated because it was a really nice place.
