This is the worst place Ever ! Please dont bring your kids here. I have bought my daughter 3 jackets that cost 150 dollars total. I ask the manger where was her items he said it was IMPOSSIBLE to keep with the kids items. My daughter is in the 2nd grade, so they cant ask do you have all your items before heading home? I pay them to drop her off and I ask about items, nobody knows. I asked to be reimbursed, he stated they cant do that. I ask to talk to the owner he said no. Why do I have to keep buying items I already bought. Then they say every Friday ( which is new to) that they give away lost and found. Why on Friday dont they ask the kids do they have any items they lost. The manger was acting nonchalant when I addressed the situation. The price of everything Is up. They had no remorse. So now II am afraid to buy her another coat/ jacket. Smh Update now they have decided to remove her from after school pickup. They didnt give me notice at all. They retaliating due to my daughters items being missing. The owner and staff are so unprofessional. PLEASE AVIOD! I recently talk with a new co worker who place there kid there and she had similar concerns. This place need to be investigated.

I use to love Jams but just like everything else prices went up drastically as far as basketball. I pay for after school fees plus basketball balloon fees that are extremely high! Last year basketball fee were included in my sons tuition, which seemed fair due in to JAMS claiming to be a cheer and basketball program. Another thing I will say, since coach Katherine left! No one cares to see if the kids have done their homework like she use too! Coach Katherine helped the kids with their homework and was great! She would at least let me know if my son completed his homework or not, especially on the days he had practice which they get out at around 8:00 PM. That heads up really helped out as a busy parent! They also claim they have tutors and they dont, my sons grades dropped since last semester because he wasnt completing most of his homework due to getting out of practice so late! I started checking for his homework daily to insure this wouldnt be an issue and sure behold he wasnt completing any of his homework at JAMS! like they claimed he was! I quickly asked if there were tutors available, or if I could hire someone to help my son and the answer was straight out no from Mrs. Marsh the owner of the program! At this point the only thing I could think of was to take my son out of Jams so I can work with him one on one myself or get him in a after school program that will help him academically! When I expressed my concern to Lydia in billing I was told if I take my son out of the program. I will be going against my contract and will be charged additional fees for breaking it. I was upset, and requested to speak with the director about this on going issue, because I know my son couldnt be the only child failing in the homework dept! Before I could even speak with anyone I received a text stating that Mrs. Marsh Cancelled my contract and my son was not welcome back! I wasnt nasty or ghetto I was just a concerned parent and wanted to get to the bottom of why the program wasnt holding up to their word? That goes to show you that theyre only in it for the money not for the betterment of our children.
