Since the new director Frank had took over the place has gone downhill. He is a pure headache. He harasses you several times about simple stuff. He pretty much stated that in order for my kids to come there he had to SEE me in person and have a sit down before they could start. Never heard of that. Sounds like youre picking and choosing what kids can attend there.now remind you I already had a in person in-counter with him. My kids were already in the school and caps were already paying them and he stated that they werent enrolled because he was missing unnecessary information. Then he called stated that my child could not start there because she has a feeding tube. That is DISCRIMINATION by law you cannot refuse her for that. He kept talking about law the entire time but clearly he was very unfamiliar with the law. I pray caps take away their caps accreditation and look into this school because this guy is bringing the school down. The staff is very aggressive and ack as if they do not know anything or want to be there or want you there. Please bring back the old director and staff.

Its very unfortunate I have to leave the review I am leaving. We found this school and were very excited about our toddler attending. He started in the summer which he had a wonderful experience with, and when the school year started things progressively got harder for him. They sent write up after write up home about him hitting, throwing, and pushing and when speaking to the director he verbatim said we have to get a handle on this because its not normal behavior. Excuse me if Im wrong but hitting, throwing, and pushing are VERY normal for a 2 year old as they arent able to communicate effectively and emotionally regulate. My husband and I then asked to sit down with the director and my babies teacher to find out their intention behind sending write ups home and of course he said to work together to help with our babies behavior. Following the meeting I began to pop in on my babies class for observation and working with his teacher. It took me no time to see that his teacher was not very affectionate or nurturing and extremely dramatic when it came to his behaviorone day I was observing he gave her a hard time about going potty and sat on the floor of the bathroom for 10 minutes saying I dont want to potty and when the assistant director walked in the class, his teacher told her he was throwing a tantrum. Refusing to go to the potty is not a tantrum!! This amongst many other instances I observed. Fast forward on our very last day I expressed my concerns and later on get a call from the director where he tells me he is going to send me resources and I can maybe get my baby some help. GET MY 2 YEAR OLD HELP FOR HIS NORMAL TODDLER BEHAVIORS!! Oh I was furious. My baby has been in school since he was 13 months, and let me just say he responds well to those who are nurturing and loving and they are not it! They want perfectly compliant kids. I do not feel like the director nor the 2 year old teacher are educated or equipped to work with and respond to these absolutely normal behaviors.

My name is K Brown and I worked at Prime Care Learning Center for a year and a half. I worked there from September 2014 to May 2015.  K Brown was giving a separation notice by Ms. Pearl, the Assistant Director, for no reason. K Brown was cleaning a classroom that she taught in at the end of the day. Ms. Diedra, another teacher, came inside the class and told K Brown, " That's not how to mop." K Brown told Ms. Diedra she was being mean and rude and Ms. Diedra told K Brown that she was going to tell Ms. Pearl. Ms. Cecile is the Director of Prime Care Learning Center and she hired K Brown. K Brown took the separation notice from Ms. Pearl and ripped it up when she got to her car. K Brown quit working for Prime Care Learning Center after this incident. Thank you.
