Midwood Gardens

These apartments are horrible. Its been garbage on the grounds since the New year, I dont see why someone else is saying otherwise. Definitely in front of buildings 700-800. The maintenance sucks, guy with dreads comes and half does his job and plays this ridiculous loud music all night and weekends during day. No respect or professionalism here at all. Still have outstanding issues and reaching out to corporate again.

THE MOST OUTSTANDING COMMUNITY ! maintenance is on call anytime I need them . The leasing office is so professional and goes the extra mile for their tenants and future residents , the community get cleaned daily . Ive lived here for 3 years . Nice quiet community , kid and family friendly !!!

I JUST MOVED HERE AND I LOVE IT ! Great place to stay ! Leasing office ladies are AMAZING , always answer my phone calls and maintenance is on call anytime i have needed them . The units are so pretty and clean ! & the complex is constantly being cleaned ! think i found a home !

I moved here in November The office staff was very polite, very sweet and so professional. I appreciate them for all the hard work maintenance was on time to fix my appliances that didnt work in my apartment. Within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone thats looking for an apartment thats available to move in right now. God bless you all. And yes, they are great. Second chance apartments. place, and to God be the glory.
