Expense was great, just a couple of things wrong with the apartment, so Im gonna talk to maintenance by but other than that experience was great. We like our apartment. Thank you very much

Nissan Golden Gates are really starting to make an awesome impression on the used to be Mountain Crest apartments yes it takes time but they are moving in a pace that you can tell they want us tenants to be as comfortable and not to mention safe out of harms way as well the office staff such as Shay, Brian and the maintenance men our handy and know what they are doing as far as electrical and home interior its coming along fine there are other people in office but I usually just deal with Say and Brian kudos to them they are definitely keepers

I lived here from 2021-2024! Pretty quite community my first two years. On 02/23/2024, 35 vehicles were broken into on the property, including mines. Leasing did absolutely nothing and management expressed no concern. My townhome unit constantly floods by the front door on the 1st level during heavy storms, literally my second unit because of this. There are a number of stray dogs on the property roaming aoround. Maintenance is fast however, they complete a lot of botched jobs. Rent increases $100 a month every year. They also give move-in discounts for reviews. Please do your research before moving here!
