I've read other reviews and I was surprised by some of the comments. Dr. Sharma was very nice, knowledgeable, easy to understand and the process of the telehealth appointment was smooth and convenient for me. After suffering with muscle weakness and a lot of other symptoms for 10 years, she provided a diagnosis and medication that should help me feel better. She also sent lab orders to rule out other auto immune disease and scheduled a follow-up so we can quickly get the ball rolling to give me some relief.

Terrible doctor..she has had a stroke..very very hard to understand.and someone is in the background telling her everything..I am a medical lab tech..my results were abnormal..and she just said everything is good..after her stroke..I wouldn't trust her judgment..

It was very convenient having a virtual appointment due to the pandemic, thats why I gave 1 star. But I do not recommend this place for first time customers. I feel that you should should see the doctor face to face when getting a true diagnosis. They need to be able to look at you in person. Not being able to understand the doctor, they have an assistant that talks for the doctor to help you understand what the doctor is saying because of her strong accent. So word of advice, when getting your first diagnosis please go see a doctor in person and get a second opinionGod Bless!
