One star is generous. She WAS dismissive, rude, no sense of humor, or even personality for that matter. Didn't seem to care to be honest. I've been waiting for this appointment for years really. I finally got insurance and desperately need help with my lupus and CRPS. I'm loosing my vision, now legally blind, loosing my hearing, now have hearing aides, had a stroke, tremors so bad can barely walk or talk. She wouldn't even listen to my medical history and told me wrong information that I knew was incorrect, even as a paitent. Looking for someone else!!

It was very convenient having a virtual appointment due to the pandemic, thats why I gave 1 star. But I do not recommend this place for first time customers. I feel that you should see a doctor face to face and get a real exam in order to get a true diagnosis. They need to be able to look at your joints and skin in person. Not being able to understand the doctor, they have an assistant that talks for the doctor to help you understand what the doctor is saying because of her accent, however the assistant need some training. She should not be able to speak on diagnosis since shes not a doctor or nurse. Also told me dont be in denial about the diagnosis they were trying to give me which was false anyways. Thats the wrong thing to say to someone. They really DO NOT need to be giving out guess information and dont speak on things you dont know anything about. And that lady whomever she was tried telling me I need to go with the bloodwork I already had cause my insurance wont cover a retake of blood. She acted like she worked for the insurance company or something. So word of advice, when getting a diagnosis please go see a doctor in person and get a second opinion if you dont feel comfortable with the first. God Bless
