South Atlanta Neurology & Spine Clinic with OPEN MRI

Appointment was at 7:45am, so I arrive 15 mins early like they said. Place doesnt even open until 8am!! Its now 8:20 am and Im STILL waiting. I checked in online, just to get inside and have to fill out paperwork. Insurance scheduled the MRI, but still had to provide my ID and all info. Then, Im in scheduled as the first appointment BUT 2 ladies were taken back before me. Im in a leg brace that forces me to stand and is a pain to take off/ put on. So Im standing in the hallway for 17 minutes and nobody says anything to me. No estimated waiting time, no explanation, nothing. I finally decide to take the brace off so I can sit down. Been here since 7:30.

Front desk was great the Doctor on the other hand Dr Choi was just plan racist nasty attitude slam the door on me and my wife worse experience ever

Dr.Choi has nasty attitudes. Do not come here!!! He does Not care for patients, refused to answer questions.

This place is truly unbelievable with lack of client focus, empathy and professionalism. My sister has been a patient for 4 years and we are just done with Dr. Choi never being on time and his rude office staff. We were hopeful it would get better due to the convenience of his office . However, today was the final straw. Apparently, they now have a vaccination only policy. They made this change a year ago. Did they tell us while we were there at the office on our last visit, or send us a letter, or inform us in anyway? No. Today they refused to let me in with my elderly sister because I didnt have my card on me. Its they way, or lack their of, they handle their patients is so insulting. There are other neurologists, I suggest you find another. There is a reason he is so poorly rated.

I found Dr. Brice Choi through a Google search. And what a great find! The entire staff is always very professional & courteous. And Dr. Choi is on top of his game! He not only gives the best care neurologically, but he's attentive to any other complaints I may have. If it were possible, I'd give this team of professional caregivers 10 stars!
