Liberty Community Home builder built my driveway encroaching onto the neighbors property knowing it wasnt right before they sold it to me . Extremely disappointed in there dishonesty and bad management and building quality. There is no quality. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Terrible customer service. They put off doing anything claiming it takes time. I have pictures to show how they operate for proof. They will always try to explain away their bad business practices but dont back up their claims. Make sure you check out their houses and property with a highly qualified third party inspector and your own surveyors. REPORT WHAT YOU FIND TO BBB. ASK FOR A GROUP LAWSUIT AND INVESTIGATION.They cut every possible expense at your cost after the sale! Val Akins is a big joke, you would do well to remember that! THEY WILL SAY AND DO ANYTHING BEFORE THE SALE. Not so afterwards. You might notice that people who buy from Liberty homes that give them a good review later find there house wasnt put together as well as they thought! JUST SAYING check your excitement on a new home with 3rd party inspections and surveys. Your not getting what you think you are!!!
