        United community is the worst company Ive ever work for. Their lack of communication with their employees and the fact that they dont support their associates is just awful. I had the opportunity to work at the Stockbridge Branch. I gave all I had to give and more. We had a manager who knew absolutely nothing about the job but was allowed to write associates up about a process that herself couldnt do. I was recently terminated for a failed audit that I myself wasnt the only one responsible for. I came in turned the customers perspective of the branch around and you used the fact that we received a low score on an audit to let me go. Im not mad or being revengeful just stating facts. Im just not going to sit back and let them destroy my character. First off their training is really non existence its basically word of mouth. Its crazy because the audit I took park in this month was the same one I did in September. I completed my part the exact way I did then so if it was wrong now it should have been wrong then. On top of that my manager was the one who submitted it. So why she wasnt able to fix the errors prior to the submission. If you are saying it was wrong and because of the low score is the reason you terminated me. Then everyone who took part in it should have received termination letters starting with the manager first!!!!!!!! Stop setting up your to fail for POOR LEADERSHIP
