        This bank branch is useless. They can't do anything INSIDE the branch, so curious why they're even open. The only reason they get 2* is cause they always have suckers .... It's me, for continuing to use Chase

        The best in-branch experience Ive ever had with Chase and Ive had my account for many, many years, and banked in a lot of places. Branch manager Alicia, and Specialist Janet were amazing. Both were very kind, and extremely professional. Alicia is so very knowledgeable and patient. I am so happy to have met them, this is my new preferred branch.

        i opened a new savings account, the app locked me out , chase said i had to come to branch to show two forms of ID. now they require me to make an appointment for a week out ! my account is still locked out.
