Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

What is the point of offering a night deposit box if you keep it locked??? I tried calling several times to ask if they even had one available the day before and they would pick up the phone and immediately hang it up. It's super frustrating that we can't depend on the United Postal Service to deliver in a timely manner and to try to get payments to the bank on time yourself only to find that this location keeps the night deposit box locked

I came in at the last minute, about a month or so ago, to open an account. Although I had no appointment, Stefon took the time to help me out and provide all of the necessary information before his next appointment. He was very welcoming, kind, and helpful, and he got me set up and ready to go in a timely fashion. I will be scheduling all of my future appointments with him.

My husband and I visited the BOA in Stockbridge today to open a new account . We were highly impressed by the outstanding service we received from Miguel . He is truly an asset for the customer service at Bank of America . He made a unusual circumstance very uncomplicated and brought us peace during the process . Thank you ..
