I wish I could give zero stars. Bill more than doubled with no explanation or help. Never seen anyone read meters. A boil water notice was put on telephone poles instead of properly notifying us. Our whole neighborhood is up in arms over this “company.” Several have contacted EPD and our elected representatives. Totally unprofessional and reckless.

Crooks!!!!!! They are the only Water Company for the area. They have increased almost all resident's Water bills over the past 2 months with no explanation why. They have kids on Golf carts reading meters. My bill went from $44 to $251, no changes in consumption other than adding some water to the pool once for 30min. Next month, same bill $251...No water added to the pool, normal consumption. Just 2 in the household. Several complaints on our Sub-divisions Facebook Page. Dirty water, Had a Boil Water notice posted on a sign somewhere, only got notice in the mail when it was lifted weeks later. Only found out when I went on fb. Others who haven't joined the fb page probably never found out. So many complaints but we have no other choice. Feeling helpless!!!
