        I am very appreciative of the O&M Management team. I had issues with my flooring, and they responded so quickly and fixed the problem. Their crew was very professional and nice. I definitely recommend them!

        I have never dealt with a worse company in Statesboro. The woman Lindsay, who answers the phone might be the rudest person Ive ever spoken to. I honestly believe this company is greedy and just out to make money. They charge late fees, even though payments were sent on the first of the month. I wish there was another way to get my water in Statesboro.

        I called Georgia 811 to notify them I would be digging a trench the perimeter of my yard for a fence on a Monday. By Friday they were the only utility not to show up and mark their lines. When I called on Friday at 3:30 to notify them myself that no one has shown up all week, they didn't answer the phone. A joke of a company
