The cleaning service was awful.
This Hotel do not clean the room for 2 days even when you ask them to clean.
I asked front desk person- Rebecca Mimbs for refund.
Because I was not happy with their services.
Rebecca said, she can't refund my money back.
So I asked Rebecca to call her manager- Melissa. Still couldn't get my refund.
I have made my reservation through their website but Rebecca said it was a 3rd party so we can not refund my money.
This is the worst Hotel I ever been....My Company is here for constructions at Hyundai-Mobis.
I will never use this hotel nor recommended to any of our company contractors.
Don't book at this hotel.
This is a hotel that pockets all the money even if the room is not cleaned for two days. They didn't return the money, so I left without receiving the money.
This hotel is different from other Hollywood Inns.
I'd rather go to Meriad around here and it's cheaper.
