Bed was comfortable, the TV was great and coffee maker worked-room was dirty, cracks in ceiling, bathroom floor dirty, breakfast area was very dirty and waffle maker didnt make good waffles-toaster available but nothing to put in the toaster. We will not be staying at this hotel again!

3/2024, this hotel is under a lot of remodeling and it definitely needs it. Because of this, I wasn't even sure if I was in the right place when I pulled in. But I drove around the back and saw some activity and then came back to the front and found the office. The clerk was great, got me checked in and got my pet fee paid and I was sent to park around the back with everyone else. Our room had been updated, and looked ok and we had no complaints the first night. When we got back to the room the second night we saw a little water on the floor and we discovered that it was seeping up through the flooring. We just put a towel down, but the water came up the more we walked. The mini fridge was too cold and blew up a soda, which was a scary way to wake up in the middle of the night. I couldn't find a temperature knob to fix it. The outside of the property just needs some serious TLC. But there were workers actively painting one of the buildings. Was ok for a place to sleep, if all the other hotels are $100 more per night, I would probably stay here again. Walkability: There is a Sonic like a block down the road and a gas station adjacent to the hotel. There was a sidewalk and it was ok to walk the dog/explore.
