I gave three stars because of how helpful Grant was when I purchased my tractor from Shea. I hate that Grant is no longer there, he would go out of his way to make sure you were completely satisfied.
I recently had a third function valve installed from Hendrix tractor and was told from them that my tractor was assembled incorrectly from where I purchased it and I would need to install the correct bolts and washers that should have been done from Shea. I purchased the needed hardware from them and shortly after I contacted Shea to let them know the situation and thought I should be reimbursed for purchasing bolts and washers that shouldve been installed beforehand and also make them aware of the assembly mistake made by there guys. I Never received a call back. Grant wouldve called back, even if it was to say theres nothing we can do. It seems that Majority of businesses these days dont return calls or make things right and almost act as theyre doing you a favor by being there, take what you got or go somewhere else. Things will change.
