I bought a pair of shoes for my mother for mothers on 05/08/2023 and sales person number 103 as it states on my receipt tried it on her foot at the register. Totally rude and unprofessional. I also asked for a box and she did not have one to give. Do better CATO Fashions

Haven't been to this location in awhile ... it usually stocks a younger, trendier look than I shop for and that proved to be true today as well. That being said it was well stocked and the associate on hand, even though she was busy stocking, was attentive but not intrusive and very pleasant... Cato's use to have the best clearance sales but like everyone else they have gone up but you can still get cute cute accessories shoes jewelry handbags hats that are cost effective... full price or clearance

I went here and I loved it. IT WAS WONDERFUL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE cause of Nevaeh. She was above and beyond with services, super polite, very patient & super kind made me wanna come here again. Deserves a raise for the way she handled me and these other customers. Not only that I saw customers being rude with her and STILL she was above and beyond with them!!!!(UPDATE) I Recently visited the store after the amazing customer service I have been receiving from Nevaeh. Its the most amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EXPERIENCED. My opinion cato is a place I would shop for clothes but I just had to come back for the amazing Experience I received from her. She looks stress some days I come in and continues to provide amazing customer service for every customer most amazing Women there is sweet and genuine!!!

I have been in this store twice and both times have been greeted and assisted by the sweetest sales people! I will drive out of my way from now on to shop at this Cato's for sure! Thank you ladies for all your help! Kiddos to Onica and Elle!
