Rsvp Prom and Pageant

They need to stop getting those dresses from China...look pretty in the window and might fit if you are anywhere between 0 and size 10...other than that...its a wrap...a complete no go!!! Pretty disappointing to my fluffy sisters🤦🏿...my size 14 daughter couldn't fit not one dress.....smh

Horrible customer service. When we came in and the employees told us we couldn’t try on dresses over $500 if we didn’t have a guardian which I responded we were all over 20 and the employe went to her coworkers and started talking about us and looking at us. And where being super rude and made us feel uncomfortable which we decide to leave. How sad to have employees that make customers leave.

Had wonderful help picking out a dress for my special day in December. Staff was super friendly and more than willing to help.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. My family and I went in to try on some dress styles for a future event. As we were trying to hand a dress to one of our group members, the old, grey haired employee stopped and asked, “What size is this.” After telling her it was a 10, she had a disgusted look and said (in an extremely rude unprofessional tone) “I don’t know if that will work...” After this interaction, she rudely walked out of the store without even saying a word. As we were walking out to leave, she came back into the store. It was almost as if she did not want to be in there while we were. A little piece of advice to the employee (and I am sure you know who you are...) If you want to make a sale working at a dress store, you should probably be a little more positive to your customers. No matter what size they are.
