        I was waiting for almost two hours if I haven't come to ask if my car is finished they don't call I just fix a tire a very bad service

        Don't take your car here. They couldnt find a tool and we're going to just give me the battery. Then they found the tool, but told me they couldn't get my battery straps on and "Don't worry...it doesn't need it." Yes it does. I made a complaint and was told someone would reach out to me. Months later that never happened. I will never use them again.

        If you have a foreign or "higher end" vehicle DO NOT go to Sam's!! You will have to buy your parts elsewhere & bring them in to Sam's and even then they may not get the service right!! The techs give partial info and it's TRULY a hassle!! Just use same to buy the tires at a reasonable price but DO NOT use them for service!! No wonder install is only $20 per tire... you get what you pay for!! Never again.
