I came in with a fairly complicated issue regarding a set of fuel injectors that went bad and cause extreme rough driving. Fortunately, I met Mike and he took good care of me and my Odyssey. He also went above and beyond by setting me up with a same-day repair that is 100% covered under warranty. Highly recommend service center given the amazing support.

Had a great experience getting my new civic here. Been driving for 25 years, but this was my first new car purchase and it was easier than I thought.......edit: the service center is awful. They lied about checking the balance of the tires and one of the service reps is just terrible. Guy with a high and tight sat a lady down in the customer waiting area and fuses at her about her car being dirty. It's her car she can have it as dirty as she wants!..... Update, still awful. 9:30 appt for an oil change and I'm sitting here at 11:20 waiting. What in the world would take so long for an oil change that I have an appointment for????.... Ended up leaving at almost 12:30. 3 Hours!!!!!! FOR AN OIL CHANGE I HAD AN APPT FOR! when I asked why it was taking so long they got offended that I was upset. This place is worthless

The service is great, especially Anthony, makes us feel like family. I miss the functioning coffee machine however.
