I travel far and wide for work. My Sprinter van motor blew out and had to be replaced. I had AAA Tow it 60 miles so Mobile Impact Auto could replace it. In two days Slavik had my complete motor replaced, and also completed several additional repairs that were due. I just returned home from a 5,000-mile journey and the van performed superbly. I am so thankful for Slavik and the staff at Mobile Impact Auto Service.

Highly recommend! Im thankful we found Impact mobile.After my husband attempted to repair my rear brake pads (as hes always done) he discovered a bad Caliper and therefore tried to repair it in order to install the brakes. However the auto part store sold us an incorrect part (caliper for left rear instead of right rear) so my husband had troubles installing and had a bad feeling it was placed on wrong. Early Monday morning we decided it was best to let an expert look at it. Our original mechanic wasnt available due to short notice, so my husband searched for a mechanic near by and thats when we come across Impact mobile. After explaining to the shop owner/mechanic that we needed brakes repaired he ask for us to come in within an hour. Its a good thing they were close by because we could barely stop at speeds above 50 mph so we drove no more than 20mph. Upon arrival we were greeted by a tall gentlemen who we had spoken to over the phone. He immediately took a look at the car brake problems and informed us of all his findings which we knew of.While there I saw another repeat customer who seem to be please by their service. The office manager was very pleasant, the shop was nice, with cool climate, clean and with plenty of seating. As for the price it was fair.They didnt try to over sale us, the mechanic completed the brake job and even took off the incorrect caliper and placed the right caliper onto the car correctly, so very generous. Of course well be using Impact mobile again for car servicing. Service: Brakes
