If you want to purchase a home. Olivia J Price is your woman. I called her from a flyer and she called me back. In two months, I found a place and closed. She was awesome. I've had serval real estate agents during my journey of owning multiple properties and hands down Olivia is the best! She is the consummate professional. She listened, was extremely patient and knowledgeable in this field. The process took almost three months, including researching, finding, visiting, submitting multiple offers and closing. The closing was the quickest part taking a month for everything to complete. Her A team was amazing. Everyone was an expert and loved what they did, answering all my questions, keeping me on schedule, and ensuring that the processing part was on time. The whole process still blows my mind. I highly recommend her!!
