Jamie Bennett made an agreement with my wife who was using her as buyers agent for a house she had already found on her own and had been shown by the selling agent (easy commission for Jamie). After the closing, in the parking lot, Jamie decided she wasnt going to keep her word on their agreement, but then agreed she would if my wife would give her a good review. She then ignored my wifes texts and voice mails for four days still not keeping her agreement, but finally answered her phone when I called since she didnt recognize my number. When I introduced myself and she realized I was the husband, she immediately hung up on me and then immediately blocked my number as I discovered when I tried to text her a few minutes later. I question this agents integrity, and I would strongly caution you against using her for any real estate deals. I wish I could say that the Real Estate firm is good but I question that as well since the broker never reached out to me after I left a message on the agencys main number, where I made it clear how my wife and I had been treated. They will never have our business again.

I just cannot say enough good things about Kristin Brooks and the whole process of selling our house! She was able to calm our nerves and make the whole process so easy! When I say that Kristen Brooks made selling our house an easy experience, its an understatement. Kristen is incredibly knowledgeable and seems to have a guy for every aspect of the selling process. We had multiple offers and was able to get everything we wanted. We will always go to Kristen when we buy or sell our house!
