Medina helped me get my first home 11yrs ago. I started searching for her when I needed to sell my home and buy a new home this year. As you know, selling a home to buy another one is very challenging. Medina made the experience very easy because she is very engaged, calls frequently for updates, answers her phone everytime I called. She evaluated my old home and suggested what I needed to fix for my home to be marketable. She drove alot of traffic to my home and it was sold within 3 weeks after listing. For my new home, Medina was pointing out important and relevant things to look out for such as the age of the roof, if any leaks have occurred, the Hvac system, neighborhood and appraisal. I learned alot from her during this process. She not only found me the home of my dreams, it came with equity. Medina is kind, loving and warm, yet very professional and clear about the steps we are taking. She is trust worthy and I will definitely recommend her to friends and family.
