        Kohl's is becoming just like Ross and TJ Maxx except those stores have prices that are more affordable AND they still have cashiers. I went to Kohl's in Snellville, GA last night and was told they were moving toward all self checkout! Truly disappointing news. Paired with the disarray of the store, this visit was NOT what I expect or want again.

        I was visiting Kohl's this evening to make some Amazon returns. When I got back to the store I noticed the lady working returns didn't seem very attentive or engaged with the customers. When it was my turn I stepped up and realized that she had her phone propped up on the receipt printer watching videos. She did her job just fine but there was no hello or a smile or a thank you or really any acknowledgment that I was there other than the fact that she scanned what I had to return and handed me a piece of paper back. I could have got the same personality from an automated teller.
