Went in tonight and saw two planters I liked but they had no price. These were low planters. Not tall and not large planters. The employee was scanning large mexican ornate planters to figure out a price. Then she said $24.99. I said to her why would you use those large tall planters that look nothing like the two I want. Plus all the mid-sized ceramic simular planters were 16.99. I walked out with nothing. Not going to give them my money for a while. This made absolutely no sense at all. Your staff needs more training and better customer service skills! Seriously using an item that is larger and looks nothing like the product your pricing is not smart.

We visited this store today and the aisles were extremely crowded. Browsing down the aisles, with the shopping cart, was nearly impossible due to so much merchandise being stacked throughout the store. Bumping into the shelves as well as other customers kind of ruined the experience so we ditched the shopping cart. Although the store was full of customers, there was only one associate (McKenzie) on the registers - who was working as fast as she could. Despite being the sole assistant, her customer service was still superb. When the Manager (Ricky) was called for assistance, his attitude was extremely unprofessional to the customers. Ricky, go home. If you dont want to be a work, we dont want you at work either.

That was a new location for me, Scenic Hwy. I did not care for that location although I spent money there. That store is too congested, not organized. My favorite location in the Decatur store. I love me some Home Goods. Thank you.
