Nesia, the manager, is seriously amazing! She was able to help me find the products I wanted right away and had a vast knowledge of merchandise. There is another beauty place closer to my house but I will be coming to this Sally's from now on.

Whoever that was that was working at 12 pm on Sat Oct 2, really didn't want to be there. What an attitude. And if u need correct change, maybe put a sign on the front door. Sallys has been so hit and miss. Last experience was great. This one makes me not want to come back

Nesha should not be a manager. I was told i can return a product if it was used and the manager said i couldnt even though it was more than halfway full. Im calling Corpate and her name tag was flipped. I still managed to see it though

it was your average sallys beauty supply store, although today when I went with my friends we were picking out what color to get and when we did my friend last minute didnt want to dye her hair and put the products back and we left. One of the ladies working came out and asked for us to come back and show us where we had left the products. It seemed like she was accusing us of stealing without actually saying that we were stealing ,because if she did accuse us and she was wrong shed be in trouble. we walked back to the store and went to the area where we left the products and I handed her the items we put back after that we left. I just felt uncomfortable to be there and to be falsely accused of stealing. The lady was super cool and nice before that, so it just hurt and sucked that she made us embarrassingly walk back into her store and give her the products we left IN the store.. in her hand. I wish I had the nerve to open my bag and empty it out since she thought we would be the type to steal, but yk I get it t just really sucked. Not going back there again but yk business will keep flowing as usual (as it should) but this was my bad experience that I wanted to share.
