Y'all might be the dumbest people in this world. Lets start frying shrimp in the same oil we use to fry chicken. That contaminates your chicken and cause allergies to arise from seafood. Not only did yall do this because youre lazy. You did it and didnt advertise that in the new fried shrimp commercial. Didnt say anything about zaxbys not being seafood allergy safe or anything. This is completely unacceptable and almost killed my daughter. You guys are ridiculous and I will be filing a lawsuit.

If you're in a hurry, avoid coming here at night! I waited for 5 minutes at the intercom without any cars ahead of me. The team member said "one moment," but then there was 5 minutes of silence. When she took my order, there was extremely loud laughter in the background, maybe one of the employees is an aspiring comedian and was practicing their material! I had to repeat my order three times because of this.
After finally reaching the window, I was told to pull forward and waited another 6 minutes for my food. It's becoming more and more difficult to find decent customer service in the restaurant industry nowadays. Just grab your food, stay quiet, and if you're not satisfied, so what, go somewhere else! I miss the old generation of employees, they knew meaning of customer service.

I have been coming here for years and never experienced the disrespect and rudeness I did tonight while simply trying to pick up an order I placed.
I didn't even bother to attempt to get he girls name with the pink extensions and G mart flip flops that looked like she got drug out of strokers day shift to bless us with her awful customer service skills in the fast food industry; she was rude, shady and I didn't even bother getting my drinks from her because I felt like she couldn't be trusted to even do that. You should be ashamed of your ignorant behavior.
Big fat 0 stars for you and the workplace you poorly represent. I'll go elsewhere as long as I see you.
