        I have been going here forever!!! Yesterday a get a large oxtail dinner, when we get home and start to eat it, I find not 1 long hair, but 2 and then 3!!!! So I just toss it in the trash . Talked to the manager he was so scared I wanted money back or another order of oxtails, guy was very belligerent. I told him , Im not interested in getting money back or another order, Im saying I want to bring it to your attention so you can rectify so it doesnt happen. He was loud and didnt want to listen! Wont be patronizing you anymore!!!!! Learn better customer service skills.

        Love the food but the only problem is they only do drive through most of time. I work across the street from them and use transit i dont own a car
