        Not only was the location spotless but the crew there at the time were phenomenal. George was pivotal in solving an activation issue that general customer service could not initially figure out. I recommend anyone in the area that needs assistance to visit this location without hesitation.

        How can you employed by Verizon and you dont know anything about the Apple Watches like one size fits all GTFO and then have the audacity to tell me I am wrong lol like pleaseee Now there are some good employees here but not this old gentleman

        DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. The sales associates have been nothing but shady. They will do anything to make a sale. My account has been screwed up from the very beginning. Ive been back and forth to this location 4 times within a 2 month span and my account has yet to be fixed. Ive been on the phone with customer service several times and my account is still not fixed. Every time I leave that store something else goes wrong. They have no idea what they are doing. I would go the store and all they would do is call customer service for help. Also, I was never told that I would have to disconnect service from the previous carrier. I started receiving bills from previous carrier which is how I was notified that my service was not canceled. When I went to Verizon regarding this, a different employee apologized and said this should have been explained. Overall, I still have about 5 others problems relating to my account. Take my advice and stay away from this location. If I could give 0 stars I would.
