I've had Verizon for nearly over 15 years and have never experienced the level of poor customer service I received at this store. I don't know the name of the associate who helped me but he had an attitude from the minute he walked over to me. I also experienced another employee walk out from the back, look around the room at how many people there were and roll their eyes. I explained to the guy who helped me about what I was needing and it took him several minutes to comprehend what I wanted even though it wasn't that complicated. While he could not help me in store with what I needed, it was his tone and attitude that made the experience so bad. Too bad for him, I was looking to possibly purchase a phone. I left and went down the road to a non-corporate store and received great customer service. While they too suggested I call in, the lady I spoke with was incredibly kind and helpful. She definitely saved a customer because I was about to go to T-Mobile and switch. Apparently this corporate store could really use some additional customer service training based on my experience and other reviews.
