When hospitals send sick people to a place where medications are handed out like spiked Halloween candy, where practitioners spend 5 to 30 minutes to diagnose for billing codes, passing on lifetimes worth of damage, where doctors do not stay to watch what happens to patients when open orders for injections are left for the underpaid few of overworked understaffed and inadequately trained people, BOTH the referring hospitals AND the facilities, as this one, need to be under CONSTANT 24/7 federal oversight!

There's a long history of patient's being abused, exploited. As recently as 2024 per reviewers' public comments just on this platform alone - not to mention what shows via FOIA or other entities publishing public matters. It is extremely concerning how abuse-neglect-fraudulent practices- exploitation continues.

When patients are held longer than laws allow, ...depending on the insurance type...
Where paperwork trails entail violating human and patient rights behind closed doors...
Where public trust in the process is placed into the hands of scrupulous gamblers dealing in monetary gain ...
Where reality TV stars are attending players pitching their homers to batters in the same fields...
Where support persons are connected to side businesses that house shuffled vulnerable/medicated patients...
Where staff work behind closed doors dropping sales pitches to those they've medicated with mind altering substances...
Where writing up referrals does not disclose kickbacks or under the table dealings...
Where patients leave worse off than before they came....

To state the very least, It is alarming that nobody seems to be following the money - because there is much money/benefits following harmed human beings. For anyone that suffered abuse at the hands of this private pocket-focused driven business, been a victim of the EMTALA/ADA violation transfer cycles, whether through ERs patient dumping or shuffling human beings into sister facilities, into jails, into community care homes, and/or back onto the streets, after having abused and/or over-medicated, whether by force or coercion, if possible PLEASE SPEAK UP AND SPEAK LOUDLY.
For all those that have suffered with family, friends, and loved ones going through this special kind of haides know you are not alone. WE BELEIVE YOU. It is very real. SO PLEASE KEEP SPEAKING UP AND SPEAK LOUDLY. To civil and human rights advocates, organizations small and large, please help shed more light on these human rights violations.
