        Rachelle or Rochelle (my eyesight is so bad! ) is AMAZING! I went in horribly uncaffeinated and she kindly helped me expedite my passport. Seriously give this woman a raise! I even gave her my favorite pen which is kinda a big deal because it’s my favorite color and I never share my pens. She was so helpful and so kind I wanted to show my gratitude thank you so much Rachelle / Rochelle

        Another lazy package delivery. My neighbor noticed that my $30 package sitting in the rain on top of my mail box. I guess good help is so hard to find that the Smyrna Post Office has none. The postmaster for this location is worthless judging by the number of times we have attempted to make it known that our mail gets delivered to countless wrong locations. Mail and packages are crushed into the mail box because it is too difficult to step out of the jeep. I guess we should be thankful that the people they employ are just letter stuffers and not doctors of pilots or someone else whose screw-ups have real consequences. Just so USPS knows - 1 STAR equals zero.

        They lost my package twice and was so rude to help me I left. Something told me to go to UPS or Fed ex know I learned my lesson. I had important documents including money and had no care to help mw

        If I could put 0 stars I would ; they always have such a bad attitude even when you’re nice . They need better costumer service .
