worst usps ive been to. they randomly close whenever they want and their 1 hour lunch break took 3 hours last time. the customer service is so bad it makes me hate going there

This is place garbage. The rude lady who wears the the turban is a consistent nightmare. She is not helpful. My biggest complaint and accusations are that they steal mail. My son's passport was marked as delivered on 1/16 at 6:08 pm. I did not receive it. I can't be sure, but I suspect passport deliveries are consistently bungled at this post office because someone is selling them. Also, I have had checks and gift cards that never make to my address. They steal mail. They are terrible.

The female postal worker here is rude to me every time I go. She gets on to me about where on the counter I place my packages, what I put in the drop box etc. Today I went during the posted lunch hours so I dropped my small package in the drop box. She stopped me and told me to bring it to her when she's working in a not nice tone. I told her it was lunch hours so I didn't think she was there. She said clearly she was, but she had been behind a box so I truly didn't see her. Last week I put the package on the wrong part of the counter. She made noises and weird hand gestures trying to indicate I should put them somewhere else. I didn't understand what she was trying to say. She got loud and rolled her eyes at me. I'm a very nice person and always overly kind to those in the service industry. Her quick and rude actions towards me and completely uncalled for. Save yourself trouble and go to windy hill. They are very nice there.
