Went into the store to purchase a birthday bear for my sons first birthday. I wanted to start a new birthday tradition where every year, I buy a bear with me telling them happy birthday. I was told the child had to be present in order to get the price of the childs age. I called Friday, and whoever confirmed that the price of the bear is the childs age didnt tell me they had to be there. I was a little upset, but I already had this instilled into my mind and heart. Faith (manager) walked over and explained, and I told her I live an hour away, my son has been sick in and out of the hospital all week, and this was the only time I had to be here, she honored the price for me. My day was already bad, but she made it better. After telling me shed honor the price, I decided to get my two daughters a just because bear. Faith was so sweet, and to me went beyond what she had to. Ill definitely be back, and hope to see Faith next time Im there!

I went there with a friend of mine she wanted a bear to express her personality so she got one she dressed it up

Stacie and her staff are beyond wonderful! They make the experience fun for me, it will be fun to see it thru my 5 year olds eyes. Im very excited! Stacie showed me Glisten, absolutely loved her and have bought 3 so far. Incredibly great gifts! But the thing that takes this store over the top is the staff! Stacie and staff, you are top notch!!! See you soon for another reindeer!
