        Weird experience. This place feels extremely corporate -- a shell of what it once was. Difficult to find just a teddy bear with standard clothes for my daughter... Everything is "themed" to the max with corporate sponsors. Weird political shirts for bears. Then the bear tore open the night we got home. Staff were nice, but -- no offense to them, there was one individual that was very strange. Not creepy, but very off putting. It's sad -- this place used to be special for kids -- Now it feels like a sad corporate commercial for adults that never grew up.

        Julieta was absolutely glorious! She was super friendly, kind, and helpful. She made my daughter feel so special. She made sure we had a wonderful visit to Build-a-Bear! If you go, make sure to ask for Julieta!
