      image Professional, courteous, efficient and honest! My AC/Heating unit went out on a Friday night. Left an afterhours' message at the company and got a callback immediately. Brock (technician) came to my home that night. He walked me through what the problem was and why it had stopped working. Unit needed a new motor which he got the next day and replaced. Really appreciated being able to trust the service I was given.

      SAF came for my bi-annual maintenance of my unit. Their service is beyond expectations! The technician, Brock, gave a thorough overhaul of my AC/Heating unit. I am so impressed with this company and Brock's attention to detail. So, thankful I have this company to trust.

      image We have used Savannah Air Factory for years. They have always gone above and beyond for service. Today we had James do our service and he was great!!! He listed to our concerns regarding the noise the unit makes and helped us to come up with a solution to fix the problem.       image We are happy to have Savannah Air Factory look after our cooling and heating units! We moved to Savannah last Fall and signed up for the Savannah Air Factory's maintenance plan. We just had our second maintenance visit and it was great to see that the same person, who did the first one, came today. Franklin is knowledgeable, explains things very well and is a very nice person. We have confidence that with him we have a good plan for maintenance and replacements when needed, in order to keep proper uninterrupted functioning of our units. Thank you Savannah Air Factory!
