Comfort Suites Savannah Gateway I-95

Literal feces on our toilet when we checked in, they refused to move us to a different room and they also refused to give us a refund.

This was the worst property i have ever stayed at, we had been driving all day, got in about 10:00pm got a phone call at 10:02 saying there was a noise complaint we was stomping we literally just walked in the room. She said oh well if i have to call back you can find somewhere else to stay. We have 3 kids, one with a disability so it's kinda hard to be completely quiet. The elevator is broke. Then the room was not clean there was stuff in the floor like it hadn't been vacuumed, it had a weird smell, and the a/c didn't work and it had mold all in it. And the pillows was so uncomfortable, I will never stay here again or at any comfort suites !

I've stayed in Comfort Suites all across the US. This place was the worst. Room was dirty and smelled. The staff was not very friendly. Breakfast was nothing I would eat. It was a bad experience all around and I would recommend you stay elsewhere. For what it was, it was definitely overpriced.

My wife and I are here checking into her first duty station.Checked in and the room is dirty, trash in the trash cans, beds obviously been slept in, there is feces on the toilet seat! No clean towels hair in the tub and some odd unnamed gooey substance on the bathroom sink ooooo what a great place! The heater was on and the room is a furnace! A.c struggling to keep up. Update we decided to leave as the room was disgusting and hot, I was informed I'd have to still pay for the night after showing the front desk the full video and pictures of this room, then was informed someone would call me and I was denied information on whom and when that would take place and denied a refund for the saty.
