Despite the terrible reviews I decided to try this place because it's under new management. However, it's been 3 days and you guys are NEVER OPEN. So now I will be going literally ANYWHERE else. Ridiculous

Absolutely terrible customer service. Used them for awhile and then every time we would drop something off and be given a time to pick up it was never ready. Quit using for a couple of years and decided to try again. Big mistake! Dropped of a comforter on Wednesday and told to come back on Friday. Presented a coupon at the time and given a ticket showing $20. Went on Friday and it wasnt done. In fact it was still hanging on the rack. Told it would be ready on Tuesday and given a new ticket showing $0. Go on Tuesday, not ready. Employee called someone on speakerphone and heard him say yeah. Its in the van, I need to go try to do that tomorrow. Employee acknowledged the no charge and said he would deliver (because it was a push to get there by closing). Received a call on Wednesday it was ready and he would deliver. Advised him I would do my best to get there before 6. Got there at 6 and was told its $25 and he said if you dont come back thats fine. Nothing is free. Stated that my original ticket had $20 and was told I was wrong, but they were giving me $10 off. No sense in arguing because they obviously do not care about customers. Terrible customer service. I will do as they asked and not go back.

Literally worst dry cleaners i have worked with. Cant sew patches on and post incorrect store hours.
