        I brought in a pair of pants I needed to wear for a funeral I was attending in 2 hours. They stopped what they were doing and pressed my pants so that I could be there on time. They do charge a rush fee, but it wasn't enough to really even talk about. Great business run by great people.

        Super nice and friendly staff, but suit still had the stain in it. Getting rid of the stain was the only reason I got my suit dry cleaned.

        If I could give less than 1 star I would. This was my first and last visit to this business. As a first time customer you at least expect your first service to go well. I knew when I dropped off my clothes something was not going to be right when I came back for pickup. When I arrived on Saturday, the young lady gave me my drycleaning and I could tell through the plastic it was not right. I opened the bag while standing there, only to discover what looked like I ironed my clothes at home instead of Drycleaned with a crease like I asked for by a professional .The young lady called the manager and told her I was unsatisfied due to I asked that my outfit have a crease. The manager said could I come back on Monday she would have it redone. Today I go back on my lunch, I asked for it to be ready by 12, I didn't get there until 1:00. The lady at the desk had no clue about my garment being redone they hadn't even touched it. I was livid. I asked her to call the manager, their was no apology given by the manager, she simply told the worker to press it now. Here I am on my lunch ,waiting again for something that should have been done. As a manager I gave you a second chance to get it right and you failed your customer. This was not a good first experience , I will continue to take my business to Curry Cleaners as I've always done. Customer Satisfaction is key for me.

      After checking our records, we did not provide service to someone by the name of Marshernell Thomas. After reading the review, we did, in fact, provide service to a customer with the name of Felicia Walker.Ms. Walker, first of all, I would like to personally thank you for giving a small business a try. I apologized over the phone on the Saturday you came in to pickup your jumper and indicated that you wanted a crease in it. I asked my weekend customer service associate, who is a high school student, to please let you know that we apologize for the inconvenience. I did indicate that the jumper would be pressed on Monday, however; I was not made aware that you were coming in on your lunch break to pick it up. When I was made aware that you were there, yes, I asked my regular customer service associate to ask the presser to stop everything and press the garment for you. My customer service associate did not know anything about it because I was coming in to personally take care of your garment for you. We strive to go above and beyond to meet our customers needs, but we are not perfect. The material of your jumper was made from a polyester blend that did not hold a solid crease when pressed on Monday. I would have been happy to deliver your garment to you personally. I apologize that we did not meet your standards. Thank you for your support. As you can see from our reviews, this was a one-off issue. We are a small business and we will continue to serve our current and new customers to the best of our abilities. I pray that you are always served with the customer service you desire and when you are not, you give the same energy that you gave to this small business.
